A. How many times a year would the High Priest entered the Holy of Holies

to hear the VOICE of G-D?

B. And was the High Priest allowed to speak?

    The High Priest would only enter the Holy of Holies once a year on the Day of Atonement. The Rabbis describe the event as the holiest person entering the holiest place on the holiest day.

     The High Priest prayed several prayers in the Holy of Holies that were heard by the huge masses in the Temple forecourt.
