The scepter shall not depart from Judah, Nor the ruler’s staff from between his feet; So that tribute shall come to him And the homage of peoples be his.

What is the exact translation of this commentary? :קול. רוח הקדש קורא במדבר פנו דרך ה', דרך ירושלים לשוב גליותיה לתוכה

There is a verse regarding the time when the Torah was given at Mount Sinai: "Now, therefore, why should we die? For this great fire will consume us; if we hear the voice of the Lord our God any more, then we shall die." (Devarim 5:21) Why would the great fire consume them if they would hear the voice of Hashem any longer?
