Woman or Child Putting Tefillin on Man

In Halacha, may a woman or child put a man’s tefillin on him for him or no?

    If the man is making the Brochos over the Tefillin, there is no problem with someone who is not obligated in the Mitzvah physically putting the Tefillin on the man.
