Answers

  1. According to many commentators, the words “sons of God” refers to the God-fearing descendants of Seth, while the “Daughters of Man” are the iniquitous descendants of Cain. The result of such unions was that the righteous offspring of Seth were enticed by the proponents of a depraved culture, and suffered the fate that destroyed mankind.
