Meaty Bread

Question

We already refrain from eating dairy bread as required by Halacha. But what about meat bread? I have a recipe for some bread that calls for using chicken fat as an ingredient.

  1. Both milchig bread and fleishig bread are permissible to make so long as they do not look like regular bread. That means that they should be made in a different shape than usual to make sure that no one will inadvertently use the bread together with dairy. The unusual shape needs to be formed while the dough is still unbaked. It cannot be cut into a different shape after it comes out of the oven.
