According to any authorities of Halacha, is metzitzah b’peh bal tosif

    I am not familiar with any Posek of note who suggests such a thing. It certainly does not seem to make any sense as metitza is mentioned in the Talmud as being an integral part of Bris Milah so I am not sure how anyone can claim later that it is Ba’al Tosif.
