The Wickedest Person in the Bible

Question

There are many people in the Torah. The righteous are Abraham, Job, and so on. There are many wicked people like Bilaam, Haman, and so on. Who do you think is the most wicked character in Torah? Haman? Esau? Or some other person?

  1. Unfortunately it is very hard to choose! In truth, I am not sure that it is possible to “measure” wickedness, but if I had to choose I think that I would choose a person in the Bible who is not so well known. There is a person called Geichazi, who was the prophet Elisha’s right-hand man. He was so wicked that the Talmud teaches that he has no place in the World to Come.
