Why do Jews wear tefillin during Torah study?

    Tefillin can be worn throughout the day or only for the Morning Prayers. The reason that most people only wear them for the Morning Services is that it is very difficult to have the right concentration and intent for an extended amount of time. There is only a relatively small number of people who put on their tefillin specifically to learn Torah.
