    Any thought that distances a person from God is stupid. For example, one person may look at a beautiful piece of scenery and see the wonders of the creation within and praise God. Another person may see exactly the same thing and be emotionally moved by the sight but it does not connect him to God. Instead he thinks how beautiful the natural world is. That is a “stupid thought”.
