Mitzvahs Nowadays

Question

Boker Tov. I understand that there are a number of Torah commandments that cannot be fulfilled because there is no Temple in Israel. I also understand that there are a number of Torah commandments that can only be fulfilled within Israel itself. Which commandments are these, specifically, both in the Diaspora and within Israel?

    There is a very practical and helpful book that was written by the Chafetz Chaim called The Concise Book of Mitzvoth. As a rule, the mitzvahs relating either to the Temple or to agriculture apply only in Israel.
