i am a 52 year old mother who lives a secular Jewish life seeking a source of learning basic Torah and Jewish philosophy eg a non dati type of yeshiva for women. is ther such a resorce in Israel or the USA?

Both of my parents are baalei teshuva, so i have a lot of extended family who are not religious. When I go to family events, am I allowed to let my uncles and cousins hug me so as not to hurt their feelings?
