where did HaShem say it was lawfull to put away your wife or where does HaShem give Moshe permission in the torah to dissolve marriages?

I was listening to tapes by a prominent lecturer, who basically said that anybody can marry anyone. A person just has to work on themselves. eg, one can marry someone with a temper, as long as they work on themselves to be able to deal with such a situation. What are the parameters of this? Does this mean that someone that doesnt marry is held accountable because in theory they could have married many of the people they dated? Where does the whole issue of Bashert come into play? Does this hold true for Ruchniyus as well? (ie. that one can marry someone on a different level of Ruchniyus and learn to live with it) Is this really expected of us? Thanks

Whenever a person converts to Judiasm I was under the imprerssion that the person had to change her name afterwards. If this is the case, what wa s the original name of Rus before she converted?

Dear Rabbis, Could you please articulate for me the halachas of breastfeeding in public, i.e. at social gatherings, in front of friends and/or strangers. I'm asking because the preponderance of breastfeeding women in my social circle, and it just seems immodest to me, and/or driven by a sense of expositionism on their part.
