Both of my parents are baalei teshuva, so i have a lot of extended family who are not religious. When I go to family events, am I allowed to let my uncles and cousins hug me so as not to hurt their feelings?

Sometimes I wake up late on Sundays and wonder what exactly I should daven. How long do I have for saying shmoneh esrai of shacharis? Can I not say it past noon or earlier? What should I daven when I wake up late? As of now I have spoken to my rav and basically every morning daven the minimum of : -brachot - mizmor le'todah - shema and first paragraph - ezrat avotainu- paragraph before shmoneh esrai - shmoneh esrai (I daven more when I have time on Shabbos/Sunday). When I wake up late on Sundays, how much of this is already forfeited because of time constraints? Thanks! Batya Allen
