Tzaddikim: Righteousness

Question

Jewish nation has many tzaddikim. 25% of nobel prize winners are jewish. But I guess over the half of world tzaddikim are jewish. Why are there so many jewish tzaddikim? Is there any jewish know-how to produce tzaddikim?

  1. What a fascinating question! I think that the answer is that the Torah is a blueprint for righteousness. The Torah teaches us everything that we need to know about how to become righteous and, perhaps more importantly, how to sustain righteousness after it has been achieved.
