Mixed Ice-Skating

I read somewhere ( can’t remember where) that there’s a problem in going to a mixed ice skating ring – is this true?

    There are authorities who forbid any kind of exercise – including ice skating – in a mixed environment. Some authorities are more lenient if the ice skating rink is large and it is not too full. If there is a practical dimension to your question I would recommend that you speak with a local Orthodox rabbi for a definitive ruling.
