    No, it is not.

    A “Messianic Tallit” is a Christian “invention” that has no validity in Jewish law. In fact, they normally have A Christian blessing in Hebrew across the collar – “Blessed are you O Lord, King of the Universe, Who has fulfilled all of the law through Jesus the Messiah and have covered us with his Righteousness.”
