    The Halachos of Kol Isha which prohibits a man from listening to a woman sing are found in the Shulchan Aruch, Even Haezer 21:1 and Orach Chaim 75, Mishnah Berurah 17. The Halacha forbids a man to listen to the voice of a woman singing, unless she is his wife, this prohibition includes
    brothers, unless she is unmarried.
