Kissing Tzitzis During Shema

During the third paragraph of שמע, do you kiss your ציצית before or after the word?

For example, ועשו להם, (Kiss your ציצית ) and then say the actual word ציצית. Or ועשו להם ציצית, (Kiss your ציצית) Thank you!
