I am not quite sure that I understand what you mean when you ask about things that are “against the Jewish religion”.
If you mean spiritually, then all the Positive Commandments that we are given come with a negative counterpart.
For example, we are commanded to keep Shabbat, and therefore, by definition, a person transgresses a Torah prohibition by not keeping Shabbat. The same is true for keeping Kosher – if a person keeps Kosher he is fulfilling the Torah command to do so. If he does not keep Kosher, he is transgressing.
