Hashem’s Definition of Labor

Question

Is Hashem’s definition of labor or work related to Rambam’s 613 Talmud commandments?

How was Rambam able to understand Hashem’s laws and not all mankind’s understanding being accepted?

The prophet Job stated the G-d had given all mankind an understanding

Job 32:7-9

אָ֭כֵן רֽוּחַ־הִ֣יא בֶאֱנ֑וֹשׁ וְנִשְׁמַ֖ת שַׁדַּ֣י תְּבִינֵֽם׃
“But truly it is the spirit in men, The breath of Shaddai, that gives them understanding.”

  1. I apologize but I am not quite sure that I understand what is being asked. By “Hashem’s definition of labor” are you asking about the 613 Commandments? If so, Then the Torah is comprised of 613 Commandments which are discussed, explored and debated extensively within the Mishnah and the Talmud. After the Talmudic these concept and laws are being studied up to and including today.
