Blessing Over Juice

Question

When eating an apple, we recite the blessing, …for creating the fruit of the tree,

But when we drink apple juice, we recite the blessing, through whose word all came to be,

My question is, why don’t we recite the blessing when drinking juice, …for creating the juice of the fruit?

    In general, all liquids share the same Brachah. The rationalization is that special blessings are only given to special liquids. That is why wine, which is praised by our Sages as being a very special liquid that is used to sanctify, was given its own blessing, but apple juice and all other fruit juices were not.
