Amount of Time for Tefillin

Is there a minimum amount of time tefillin need to be on in order to fulfill the mitzvah?

    According to Torah Law (Dioraisa) there is no minimum time that Tefillin must be worn for. Even just putting them on and reciting the Brochos without saying any Tefillos fulfills the obligation. However, the Rabbis instituted that one should recite, at the very least, the Shema.
