Question
In Halacha, Jews generally should violate Dina D’Malchuta Dina if it contradicts Halacha. This is why Orthodox Jews normally follow the Torah’s inheritance laws over secular law. But do inheritance taxes violate Halacha (since inheritance in Torah puts family first) so that Jews can’t comply with them, or are they compatible with Halacha so that Dina D’malchuta Dina applies? Beyond the moral question of whether they should exist.

Question
Hello. I need help because I discovered that I unknowingly have/caused a huge problem and I don't know how to solve it or repent for it properly, and I’m honestly scared and stressed out because of it and because I can’t find a proper answer. I have been spilling seed for a few years now (5-6) and I was unaware about it being a major sin until very recently when I came across the topic online. I didn't realize how big or grave of a sin it was, and now I'm trying to figure out how I can repent for it after all this time. I've been looking on Google for answers (I can share some sites that I found if needed or for context), but I haven't been able to find a concrete answer for my predicament. What should I do, and how can I repent for this sin and how long I've done it?

Dear Rabbi, What rationale are given in Judaism for not eating meat and milk together? Thanks

Question
There is a dispute in Tractate Chullin whether Reishit Hagez (the commandment to give the first shearing of the flock to a Kohen) applies in the Diaspora like it does the Land of Israel. My question is, even according to the opinion in Halacha of it not applying, what about cases where there is a sheep born in the Diaspora but brought into the Land of Israel and first sheared there?

Question

Question
According to Halacha, Jews are supposed to remit the debts of other Jews every 7 years during the Shemitta year, which has a positive commandment and a negative commandment so My question is, are women also obligated in the positive commandment, or since it is time bound are they Petur? (Please provide a source)

Question
Which sin is worse if one had no choice but to commit one of the two: a negiah violation or a Chillul Hashem? In my business life, I routinely cross paths with women who expect a handshake or sometimes a hug (a non-romantic one that is just a social gesture to which they are accustomed). Failing to do so is something they consider highly offensive in their culture. Many of these women I interact with know my language very sparsely, making explaining my religious beliefs to them nearly impossible.
