Dear Rabbi, Sorry to bother you so close to Pesach. I have a few questions. Why do we say Shehechiyanu while reciting Kiddusg at the second Seder? When must one stop eating Matzas before Pesach? Is bottled water kosher for passover?

I purchased coffee over the internet. There was a delay and now it wont be shipped out until the middle of Pesach and will probably also arrive on Pesach. Technically, I suppose it is sold with the rest of my chametz but what do I do with the box that shows up at my door? (Just so you know, it is unflavored ground - not instant- coffee). Thank you.
