IS A YESHIVAH PERMITTED UNDER HALACHA NOT TO READMIT STUDENTS WHO HAVE BEEN ATTENDING THE SCHOOL FOR SEVERAL YEARS WHEN THE ONLY ISSUE IS THE PARENTS NOT BEING ABLE TO AFFORD THE TUITION? THE YESHIVAH IS IN EXCELLENT FINANCIAL SHAPE AND THE CHILDREN ARE WELL BEHAVED AND VERY GOOD STUDENTS. THE ONLY ISSUE IS MONEY.PLEASE ADVISE.

To be religious, do you haveto go to shul every shabbat and other holidays?

Hi. Have a few questions... 1) Is Seuda Shlishit minhag or halacha? What's the source for it? 2) Is Havdalla minhag or halacha? What's the source for it? When saying Havdallah, is just saying the Bracha of Hamavdil ben kodesh.... sufficient, or is the full process with the candle, grapejuice and B'samim required? 3) If an entire family hears the Rabbi make Kiddush at Shul on Shabbos, are there any halachic issues with the father making Kiddush later on at home for his family (when they all heard it already)? 4) How do I find out the latest time one can say Birchat Hashacar during the week? How come I have more severe flatulence than my twin brother who has the same diet?

At my beach club there is a store with food in it. There are a lot of jewish ppl that come on shabbat to the beach club and sometimes they get hungary. So... the beach club made fake money that u can pay on shabbat. Isn't this considered money... or is it ok to use? It's not real money, but u can pay with it... so is it ok?
