How long does one say the daily mourner's Kaddish after the death of a family member?

Where can I get information on "bubbameisers", (those stories told to us when we were kids, but were usually fables). We would like to do a report on them for our temple Havorah group.

Dear Rabbi, Currently, I owe lots of money, thousand of dollars, to a slew of various companies. I am constantly being hounded by them to pay them back, all at once, or else. Each one acts like it is my only creditor. The problem is, I live paycheck to paycheck, and after paying for my very basics, I have not a penny to spare. I have trouble enough paying my rent and utilities on time and getting food in my kitchen. It seems I will never be able to pay back any of these businesses. Am I doing any kind of aveira by not paying back this money I owe?

We have an apartment in Jerusalem and intend to make Aliyah within 4-5 years. We have had the apartment for over 5 years. We spend 4-7 weeks in Israel each year. Are we permitted to observe the holidays in accordance with Israeli custom: 7 days Passover, 8 days Succoth/Shmini Azereth and 1 day Shevuoth?
