I have a question no one seems to be able to answer. To give you some background, I am a 40 something year old male, raised in the southern US. and only recently have found out that my family was Jewish on my father's side. Throughout my life, I have always had an intense interest in all things Jewish and I am very familiar with Jewish customs and lifestyles. In fact the recognition of this interst lead to my company sending me to Israel two years ago as part of my job duties and now I regularly travel between Israel and the US muti[ple times a year. I have participated in seders and celebrate Shabbat meals with friends when I am there. I was rasied as a dedicated Christian and consider myself a Zionist of sorts. My question is this, I would like to convert to Judaism and I have researched the requirements , what would your recommmendation be? Should I pursue this?
