Hashem Shall Fight For You

Question

Hashem shall fight for you, and you shall keep still. (Exodus 14:14)

Is it applicable for every righteous person, or only for those people who crossed over the Red Sea at the time of Moses?

    The Sages teach that everything that happened in the Torah is a spiritual blueprint for the future generations that would come afterwards. According to this it means that it is something that is applicable in one form or another for all of the Jewish Nation at any time.
