    Some are Kosher and some are not. There are actually many herbal drugs on the market today that are certified as Kosher.

    Yes but the non jewish herbal physicians may not recommand kosher drugs because he/she have no idea about kosher drugs.Then what the jewish patient will do?

    Find the equivalent with Kashrut supervision. Nearly all herbal medicines and supplements today are available with Kosher certification.
